What materials are used for your body pillow covers?
We offer two premium fabrics: Peach Skin, which is smooth and durable, and 2-Way Tricot, which is highly elastic, soft, and stays cool to the touch. Both provide high-definition print quality.
Do the pillowcases come with the inner pillow insert?
Most of our products are sold as covers only to save you on shipping costs. However, we do offer high-quality 150cm and 160cm inner pillows as separate add-ons in our 'Inserts' collection.
How should I wash my anime body pillow cover?
To preserve the print and fabric, we recommend hand washing or using a gentle machine cycle with cold water. Always turn the cover inside out before washing and air dry away from direct sunlight.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process. Once shipped, standard international delivery takes 10-20 business days, while express options can arrive within 5-7 business days.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, we value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, opaque packaging with no mention of the contents or 'Anime' branding on the exterior label.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
